FREE PRE-STARTING CHECK-UP VIDEO CALL
It’s a 30/60-minute Video Call (depending on how in-depth we discuss certain aspects), it's free and without any obligation to purchase from you.
It’s a Video Call with these central topics and objectives:
- Explain how LST works, my training method, and philosophy
- Explain how TrainingPeaks works, how to use it, and its primary functions (if you are unfamiliar with it)
- Analysis of your current physical situation and goals
- Understanding your goals by giving you an idea of how to achieve them together and how long it will take
- Analysis of your equipment and indication if and how it should be integrated or upgraded to achieve the best results
- Analysis of your commitments on a weekly/monthly/annual scale to give you an idea of how the LST training plan designed for you can better fit into your everyday life
- Understanding the infrastructure and natural environment that you can use and operate (roads, swimming pools, sea, gym, etc.) and give you a first idea of how we will integrate them into your suited training plan
- Answer all your questions and inquiries
NB: This Video Call is not an "exam," and its only purpose is to get to know each other better. Depending on your goals and level, we will analyze and deepen more technical aspects or simply talk about practical or mental aspects of Triathlon.

LST DEEP Analisys
Once you have decided to become an LST athlete, this will be our next milestone. In this video call, we will define in detail and, more precisely, what we said in the previous one. Here are the main objectives of this analysis:
- Deeply understand your fitness level and possible workloads
- Realistically define the hours per week available for training
- Jointly define possible short, medium, and long-term objectives
- Understand and evaluate impediments, injuries, allergies, eating habits, etc.
- Specific evaluation of the athlete’s equipment and joint assessment of possible or necessary integrations
STEP 3 |
LST ONBOARDING
Creation of the athlete account in TrainingPeaks (if you already have one, you can use yours) and a detailed explanation of its main functions and how we will use them.
Among the aspects that we will define first are:

- Heart zone setting (different for swimming, cycling, and running)
- Power zone setting (for bikes)
- Setting up your speed zones for swimming
- Agreement on how I expect you to give me your feedback after each workout
- How I will give you feedback after every workout
- Agreement on the main communication channels we will use (TrainingPeaks, Mail, Telephone, WhatsApp, etc.), management of urgent communications (program changes etc.)
